High School Transcripts Certain Ontario high schools allow you to request your official high school transcript electronically (completed courses only) through OCAS. You can access it from the 105 application in the Transcripts section under “Transcripts from Ontario High Schools” and “Find out if you are eligible”.

Transcript requests are ordered online and are processed within 1-3 business days. You can request a paper transcript to be sent through the mail or an electronic transcript to be sent electronically in PDF format. A signed consent form is required to complete the online process.

Contact the Guidance Department of the school you last attended to request a transcript. All secondary schools keep student transcripts for 55 years. Contact information for all DDSB schools is available in the school directory.

To get an official copy of your transcript, contact your school's registrar. In most cases, you don't even have to call or go in person; the registrar's office may have an online form for requesting your transcript. You can usually pay the transcript fee online too.
