Form I-914 Processing Times Historic processing times for Form I-914 are between 10 to 19 months. You will first submit your Form I-914 to USCIS. They will then send you a receipt notice called Form I-979C. USCIS will send your processed application to the National Visa Center (NVC).

Form I-914, Supplement A, Application for Immediate Family Member of T-1 Recipient. The purpose of the Form I-914 is to provide temporary immigration benefits to aliens who are victims of severe forms of trafficking in persons (principals), and to their immediate family members (derivatives), as appropriate.

There is no fee to file Form I-914. However, you may file a Request for Fee Waiver using Form I-912 for any other forms associated with Form I-914. The fees for the forms as of the date of the article include: Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization: $410.
