10. For Residency Details, fill in your country of residency, country of citizenship, and nationality.
11. In Employment Details, select your employment status as either employed or unemployed. If employed, provide your industry sector, work number, workplace address with province, city, code, and suburb, as well as your gross monthly income.
12. In the Banking Details section, indicate whether you are an FNB client. If yes, enter your account number and branch name.
13. Finally, provide your signature at the bottom of the application form.
