Rule 37 - Failure to make disclosures or to cooperate in discovery; sanctions (a) Motion for an Order Compelling Disclosure or Discovery. (1) In General. On notice to other parties and all affected persons, a party may move for an order compelling disclosure or discovery.

Rule 6 - Time (a) Computation. - In computing any period of time prescribed or allowed by these rules, by order of court, or by any applicable statutes, the day of the act, event, or default from which the designated period of time begins to run shall not be included.

Absent a stipulation or a court order, the disclosures must be made: (i) at least 90 days before the date set for trial or for the case to be ready for trial; or (ii) if the evidence is intended solely to contradict or rebut evidence on the same subject matter identified by another party under Rule 26(a)(2)(B) or (C), ...

Process may be served within the state, by the sheriff of the county where the service is made, or by the under sheriff or deputy, or, at the request of the party causing same to be issued, by any other person of the age of majority, not a party to the action, appointed for such purpose by the clerk.

A party that intends in good faith to deny all the allegations of a pleading—including the jurisdictional grounds—may do so by a general denial. A party that does not intend to deny all the allegations must either specifically deny designated allegations or generally deny all except those specifically admitted.

A party may move-at any time, even after judgment- to amend the pleadings to conform them to the evidence and to raise an unpleaded issue. But failure to amend does not affect the result of the trial of that issue.

The heart of the Wyoming and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure is Rule 8(f) which provides: "All pleadings shall be so construed as to 'do substantial justice." Under this Rule the underlying spirit of the Federal Rules is reflected.

If a party is without knowledge or information sufficient to form a belief as to the truth of an averment, the party shall so state and this has the effect of a denial. Denials shall fairly meet the substance of the averments denied.
