In disability cases involving an overpayment, you must file your Board appeal within 20 calendar days. Claimant: You must continue to file claim forms during the time we are deciding your appeal if you wish to claim benefits for this period of time. If you are found ineligible for these benefits, however, you may be required to repay benefits received. Please direct all claim.
