- Provide your International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and Bank Identifier Code (BIC) if you wish to receive tax refunds directly to your bank account. Note that foreign accounts outside SEPA cannot be used for refunds.
- Read the declaration statement carefully and sign it, providing the date of completion in the specified format (DD/MM/YYYY).
- Finally, include your email address or telephone number for any follow-up communication.
