- Complete vendor’s compensation calculation in Line 10. If your account is not delinquent, this is 0.84% of Line 9, limited to $1500.
- Subtract Line 10 from Line 9 to find the gross tax due, and enter this on Line 11.
- Record any penalties and interest as indicated in Lines 14 and 15, respectively, then sum these amounts with the net tax due on Line 13.
- Enter your total payment due on Line 16, making sure to include all relevant figures from previous lines.
