Kansas officials are rolling out changes that should make it faster to renew a driver's license in the state. Starting Tuesday, people ages 21-50 who already have a Kansas driver's license can renew it through the iKan mobile app and online at https://ikan.ks.gov/, the Department of Revenue said in a news release.
