The most common score is a 266, with major states like New York and DC requiring this score. It is possible to technically pass the Uniform Bar Exam in one jurisdiction and fail it in another.

Average scores The average raw score from the summer exam historically has been about 128, or about 67% correct (only 175 of the 200 questions are scored with the remaining 25 questions being evaluated for future use), while the average scaled score in 2007 was about 140.

Re: Is BARBRI enough to pass the bar? Yes, absolutely. In fact, Barbri is set up to be MORE than enough (i.e. more than you should reasonably be able to do - they even TELL you that).

Basically, Barbri doesn't have a crystal ball, so you shouldn't take their word for it when they predict things that are unlikely to appear. The real MBE questions are harder than the Barbri practice exams. I found the MBE much harder than the questions in the Barbri review books and on the Barbri practice test.
