8. For permission from the landowner, ensure the property owner/manager/lessee's signature and contact numbers are included.
9. Complete the section on recreational fishing if you intend to use Powerhead firearms for this purpose.
10. If applicable, confirm your identity as per the guidelines in this section. You may not need to complete a Form 30 if certain conditions are met.
11. Provide details of any current weapons licence held or proof of successful completion of a safety training course.
12. Certify the application by signing and dating the certification section of the form.
13. Once completed, you can save changes, download the form, print it, or share it as required.
