How does one become a member of the Coop? One has to be an employee of an Ayala company (Ayala should at least have a 20% ownership) Fill out the Membership Application Form and send the scanned copy of your accomplished form to the Coop's Customer Service email address, customerservice@ampc.org.ph.

Every member is required to subscribe to at least four (4) shares with a total value of Php 2,000.00 in order to become a bona-fide member entitled to avail of the Coop's loan facilities. However, the By-laws of the Ayala Multi-Purpose Cooperative require all members to commit to sustained capital build-up.
