4. In the 4-H and FFA participation section, specify the number of years you have participated, any offices held, and list up to ten projects or activities you have been involved in.
5. Proceed to the swine participation information section. Indicate whether you have had a 4-H or FFA swine project and provide details about it, including the year, type of swine project, and number of head per year.
6. Complete the application by writing a statement explaining why you want to participate in the Texas Pork Leadership Camp. This should be 500 to 1,000 words on a separate sheet of paper.
7. Attach two letters of recommendation, ensuring one is from a Pork Producer member of the Texas Pork Producers Association.
8. Fill out the parents/guardian information section with their name, phone number, and email address.
9. Once all sections are complete, review your application for accuracy and completeness.
10. Save your changes, download the completed application, and prepare to submit it by either mailing it to the provided address or faxing it to the specified number.
