ARTICLE II LIMITATIONS OF STANDING RULES 2.1 Any provision in these Standing Rules which is in conflict with the current edition of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary Manual, COMDTINST M16790.1 (series), and all amendments and additions thereto, hereinafter referred to as the "Manual", Commandant or District Instructions and Notices, the District Standing Rules, and the Division Standing R.
