- In Section 6 (Academic Qualification), mark your qualifications such as Matriculation, FA/FSc/ICS, BA/BSc/B.Com, MA/MSc, or any other relevant qualifications. Include the passing year and details of the institution and board/university.
- Section 7 (Professional Qualification) prompts you to fill in details about your professional qualifications, including the period of study, name of the institution, and the board or university attended.
- In Section 8 (Specialties), document any specialty training you have undergone. Specify the institution/organization, as well as the periods of the specialty training.
- Section 9 identifies your employment status. Select if you are currently employed, and if yes, specify the employer type in Section 10. Name your institution, your job designation, and address details.
- Review all sections to ensure the accuracy and completeness of your information. Lastly, certify the application by signing in the designated box in Section 11. This signature will be included on your registration card.
