  9. Complete the 'Summary Statement of Receipts and Disbursements' on Page S using information gathered from previous sections. Make sure all totals are reconciled properly.
  10. Finally, ensure the Summary is certified by the Trustees, signed by the Clerk, and prepared for submission to the County Auditor within seven days after certification.
