- Complete Section E regarding guarantees. Ensure that all guarantors—who must be KMA SACCO members—fill in their names, membership numbers, ID or passport numbers, and amounts guaranteed.
- For Section F, provide disbursement details. Select your preferred payment method (cheque, EFT, or RTGS) and fill in the bank name, branch, account name, and account number.
- In Section G, declare the accuracy of the information provided by signing and dating the declaration. Make sure you understand that you are bound by the society's by-laws and loaning policies.

The Society shall give loans and advances to members of amounts ranging from 10,000.00 to a maximum of 35,000,000.00 with a repayment period of up to 120 months or as may be determined by the board of directors from time to time.
