If 'Semi-custom' is selected, complete section 5 with the requested base size, alterations, and additional notes. If 'Custom' is selected, proceed to section 6 and provide all necessary measurements for the most accurate fit.
- For custom measurements, ensure to fill out each measurement field accurately, including height, weight, shoulder circumference, bust, waist, and other specified areas.
