To file both forms concurrently, you will have to pay the standard price for each form, Form I-130 costs $535 to file, and Form I-485 costs $1,225.

Approximately 75 days after filing you will receive notice from Citizenship and Immigration Services Office as to approval of your application.

$1,000. This fee is in addition to the fee required for your Form I-485. If you have filed Form I-485 separately, attach a copy of your filing receipt and pay only the additional fee of $1,000.
