We are insured to perform Earlobe, Helix (Cartilage), Tragus, Conch, Rook, Daith, Single Forward Helix, Eyebrow, Nostril and Navel piercings on minors that are 13 years of age or older.

In the State of New Jersey body art establishments must be licensed or permitted to operate within the local health department's jurisdiction. The term body art includes piercings, tattooing, and permanent cosmetics. Body art establishments must be licensed or permitted to operate with approved practitioners.

Adults. In order to be pierced or have jewelry inserted into a piercing you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid photo ID.

In NJ, the state health department (NJDOH) doesn't issue a piercing license to individuals, but rather an approval, and that's through the local health department where your body art establishment is located. The local health department will verify your credentials, as well as any other artists in your firm.

New Jersey Requires prior written permission of a minor's parent or legal guardian to tattoo or perform body piercing on anyone under age 18 (N.J. Stat. § 2C:40-21). Penalties: Violators who knowingly tattoo or perform body piercing on a minor are guilty of a disorderly persons offense.

All dermals, skin divers or intimate areas (s or genitals) are strictly 18+. If you are over 18: You can pierce any part of the ear or body if you provide valid identification.

In order for a minor to get a piercing, they must have proper parental consent. This means that a parent must be present and must bring a copy of the minor's birth certificate and photo ID for both themselves and the minor. They will also have to fill out and sign paperwork in the shop.

No tattoo or permanent cosmetics shall be applied to any person under 18 years of age, without the presence, written consent, and proper identification of a parent or legal guardian.
