13. Fill in the 'Pick Up By' section, noting that if items are not picked up, they may be deemed abandoned.
14. For every piece of artwork, complete the tables provided, ensuring to fill in all fields including title, date created, media, dimensions, artist name, and additional information.
15. Once all sections have been completed, you can save your changes, download, print, or share the filled-out form as needed.
