Get Bunco Scorecard 2016-2025

Players keep track of their scores on their own individual BUNCO Score Card. When a player rolls a BUNCO, that player should mark a line in the BUNCO box on their individual scorecard. Only the player that rolled the BUNCO gets credit on their individual scorecard. The player's teammate does not mark their scorecard.

Scoring is as follow: 1 die matches the round number = 1 point. 2 dice matching the round number = 2 points. 3 dice matching the round number = 21 points (this is called a Bunco!) 3 dice of same number but don't match round number = 5 points.

BUNCO! is called when rolling 3 of a kind of the target number. For example, rolling '3', '3', '3' in Round 3 is a BUNCO! Rolling BUNCO is worth 21 points, but the player has to yell it out to get credit for it and continues their turn. The player rolls as long as they score one or more points.

Bunco is played by individuals, not teams, so partners change after each round. The winning teams move to a new table, rotating in one direction. For example, the Head Table winners move to Table 2, Table 2 winners move to Table 3, and Table 3 winners move to the Head Table.

The Tally Pads are white paper with Bunco written in black ink on the top. These sheets are not used as scorecards, simply sheets to mark the tallys as you are rolling through your round. Pads can last through several nights of bunco games throughout the year.

Bunco is best played with groups of 4 people, with the ideal number being 12 or 16 people. However, it can be played with any number of people, see the bottom of this post for how to deal with an odd number of people. Set up a table for every 4 players.
