Vouchers are for children ages 3 (as of 8/1/23) through age 18 (not yet graduated from high school). Applications will be available at the agency, online at .jcdjfs.com and can be scanned to jeffersondocs@jfs.ohio.gov Faxed to 740-282-5765, mailed to or dropped off at 125 S. 5th St.

Do I qualify? To be considered for the PRC program, applicants must be 18 years old or older, have at least one dependent child under 18 in the household (19 if the child has not graduated high school) and meet income requirements.

Through PRC Plus, eligible families will receive up to $1,500 in one-time rental assistance per household to address the impending housing crisis and rental assistance need due to the public health emergency. The PRC Plus Rental Assistance Program is in effect June 1 through Dec.

Prevention, Retention and Contingency (PRC) program in Ohio offers work supports and other services to help low-income families with urgent needs.
