The Housing Services Department administers the Public Housing Program and oversees the management of fourteen (14) large HACLA owned public housing developments consisting of over 6,300 units located throughout the city of Los Angeles from the San Fernando Valley to San Pedro, Mar Vista to Boyle Heights.
