Transcripts are usually used by candidates to apply for permanent residency, higher education, visa, H1B, immigration etc. If you are applying for WES evaluation (ECA) for job, education or Canada PR, you need to apply for transcripts from your university, unless your college is Autonomous.

VTU transcripts can be availed by the students by applying an online application form and paying a nominal fee of 500 INR the first copy and for each additional copy you need to pay an amount of 300 INR.

Only the Transcript is required to be sent directly to WES by VTU. WES accepts other documents, such as, copy of degree certificate and/or copies of marks/grade cards directly by student.

VTU provides you with a hard copy of transcripts, But, while applying with worldwide transcripts you can send your transcripts electronically within 24hrs!

VTU will be sending the transcripts to WES via Secure Electronic Transfer. It will take about 10 to 15 days for them to send. Once WES receives it, they will notify you on Email. Note: You will have 2 attachments.
