Limousine Carriers are prohibited from charging Per Capita (per person) rates as specified by OCGA §40-1-154 (5) (H). Limousine carriers may only charge flat rate, charter, or hourly rates. Limousine carriers cannot charge per capita (per person) rates. NOTE: Limousine carrier vehicles that seat more than 8 passeng.
