11. Complete the parent/guardian information section. Note that an online form with Facts Financial Management must be submitted for financial assessment before April 14, 2017.
12. Remember to attach a letter of recommendation from your Pastor and a copy of your CCC transcripts. If you are an incoming freshman, also include your 8th-grade first semester report card.
