Follow the steps to fill out the Afps Form 14 online.

8. If you would like to communicate via email, indicate your preference in Part F and provide your consent.
9. In Part G, indicate what prompted your request for the pension forecast.
10. Finally, review the form for completeness, print it, sign it in black pen, and send the form to the specified address: Veterans UK, Pension Team, MP 480, Kentigern House, 65 Brown Street, Glasgow G2 8EX.
