Students canceling their housing contracts after July 1 will receive a $500 cancellation fee. After Aug. 1, the cancellation penalty will be $1,000. If the student paid a $300 prepayment, this will be applied to their applicable cancellation penalty and the student would be responsible for the remaining balance.
