10. Fill out the 'General' section regarding operational permits, fire protection agreements, valid use/occupancy status, and any alterations since the last inspection.
11. Complete sections on Fire Rated Assemblies (FRA), Vertical Protection, and Water-based Systems, ensuring to answer all questions accurately.
12. Answer questions related to Fire Protection Systems, Detection and Alarm, Smoke Control Systems, Kitchen Suppression Systems, and Other Systems.
13. Respond to the Egress and Building Utilities sections, confirming the appropriateness of exits and signage.
14. Complete the Emergency Power section, detailing the presence and operational status of emergency generators.
15. Review your responses and add explanatory notes for any 'No' answers, highlighting areas of non-compliance or concern.
16. Once all sections are completed, save your changes, and you may choose to download, print, or share the form as needed.
