Once you've finished BCT, life in the military begins. You'll learn what to do with your paperwork, move into Advanced Individual Training (AIT) and begin studying your Military Occupational Specialty (MOS).

The ATRRS Automated Training Application Module (AATAM), or A1 Application, allows ATRRS managers to submit DA Form 4187 training requests to HRC electronically. This function utilizes a pre-execution checklist to limit course enrollments based on specific course prerequisite information.

The Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) is a Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) Human Resources Management system. ATRRS is used Army-wide to manage individual institutional training requirements and resources. The ATRRS webpage provides links to both required and optional training courses.

After downloading and installing the program, you can access ATRRS on your PC. Upon launching the ATRRS application, enter your email address and password. Your password and AKO account should be ready. You can also select the username and password you'd like to use for your AKO account.
