Valuing the diversity of students on our campus, we embrace all the people who make this community Clinton. An important part of the college experience is living in a residence hall. There are two residence halls at Clinton College.

Priority for student housing is given to students enrolled for a minimum of 12 credits per semester (except for Summer). Part-time students are eligible to live in the Residence Hall as space permits. Dropping to or below part-time status from full-time status does not automatically cancel a housing contract.

Valencia College is primarily a commuter school. However, Valencia College Downtown, the campus Valencia College shares with UCF, offers student housing opportunities. There are plenty of student housing options around each of our campuses as well.

Welcome Home. Living on-campus is a fun and affordable way to enrich your college experience. The Suites at Laker Landing have private bedrooms, a full kitchen, comfortable lounges, and more. You'll be just a short walk from your classes, college activities, and a variety of student services.

We encourage students to live on campus. Beyond being convenient, living on campus can help students succeed both academically and emotionally in the fast-paced college environment. If you want to live on campus, please complete the housing application as soon as possible.
