2. Fill in your applicant details, including your title, first name, last name, and CIRSE ID. Make sure all information is accurate.
3. Indicate your CIRSE membership duration by stating the year you became a member.
4. In the Specialty Training Declaration section, confirm that you have completed your specialty medical training in Radiology and/or Interventional Radiology. Enter the completion date in the specified format (DD.MM.YYYY). Please ensure that this training was finished at least five years prior to your application date.
5. If you hold the EBIR, simply tick the box. If not, provide the names and CIRSE IDs of two CIRSE Fellow supporters. Ensure that at least one supporter resides in the EU as a CIRSE Fellow.
6. List five published articles on a cardiovascular and interventional radiology topic in the corresponding section. Include the journal name, article title, and co-authors for each article.
7. If applicable, provide details about any additional articles you wish to include.
8. Review the application checklist thoroughly to confirm that all required documents, including your CV and any letters of support, are included.
9. Once all fields are complete and you have confirmed the accuracy of your information, save your changes. You may also choose to download, print, or share the form.
10. Email the completed application form and any supporting documents to registration@cirse.org. Wait for a confirmation email regarding the receipt and review of your application.
