12. Complete the Volunteer Agreement & Waiver section by safely reading and initialing the points provided, ensuring you understand the organization's guidelines.
13. Finally, include your emergency contact information and provide your signature, along with any parental consent if applicable.
14. Review the application to ensure all fields are complete before saving your changes, and either download, print, or email the completed form to the provided email address.
