You must renew your Certificate of Authorization annually. CPSO will send you a reminder via the Member Portal message centre approximately six weeks before the renewal deadline. You are responsible for initiating the application and paying the $175 fee. We do not accept applications by email or mail.

The certificate of registration is an official CPSO document that shows the class, date, and terms, conditions and limitations of your registration, while a membership certificate is the wallet-sized card certifying your current membership status.

A: You can request a certificate of professional conduct directly through the Member Portal by selecting “Membership Services”. CPC's are automatically generated if you do not have any outstanding issues with CPSO.

Source documents received by mail must arrive in an official, sealed and stamped envelope from the source organization. Courier delivery is acceptable, however, documents inside the courier package must be in an official envelope that has been sealed by the source organization.
