At the swearing-in ceremony, an attorney will make a motion to have you admitted to the state bar. Prior to admission by examination, an applicant must pass the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE). The current passing scaled score is 85. Arrangements to take the MPRE must be made directly with the Multistate Bar Examination Committee of the National Conference of Bar Examiners.
