To qualify for FHEPS your family must include a child under 18 years of age, a child under 19 years of age who is enrolled full-time in high school or a vocational or technical program, or a pregnant woman AND you must either have an active CA case OR, if you are in shelter, qualify for CA once you leave shelter.

FHEPS is a rent supplement for families with children who receive Cash Assistance and have been evicted or are facing eviction, who lost their housing due to a domestic violence situation, or who have lost their housing because of health or safety issues.
