7. Complete the USCIS Form I-9, confirming your employment eligibility. You must provide identity verification documents as instructed.
8. For optional forms, such as the Direct Deposit Application, fill in the necessary details if you would like to set up direct payments.
9. Once all forms are completed, review every section to ensure that all required fields are filled accurately. Avoid using white-out on any forms.
10. After finalizing the forms, you can save your changes, download a copy for your records, and print the completed forms for submission.
11. Submit the completed forms as per the instructions provided at the end of the checklist, either via mail, fax, or email to Public Partnerships-Colorado, Inc.
