5. For seniors, select the applicable age range by filling out the respective sections for veterans (65-74 years and 75+ years).
6. If you are ordering a family pass, indicate whether you require a pass for 2 adults and 1 child, and include any additional children in the provided field.
7. Enter the total number of ski days you plan to enjoy by filling in the appropriate box.
8. Select the 'Start date' which denotes your first ski day by using the calendar tool.
9. Choose whether you would like to include insurance for your order by marking ‘YES’ or ‘NO’. The daily rates for insurance are provided for both adults and children.
10. Select the type of ski passes you wish to purchase by marking ‘YES’ or ‘NO’ for Mont Blanc Unlimited, Chamonix le Pass, and Skipass Mont Blanc, as applicable.
11. Input the card details (Card number, Expiry date, and Security Number) for each card you intend to use for payment.
12. Any additional notes can be added in the 'Notes' section, including requests such as splitting payment between cards.
13. Confirm your agreement by signing and dating the form in the designated areas.
14. Once all fields are complete, save your changes, and choose to download, print, or share the completed order form.
