Follow the steps to complete the timesheet with ease.

1. Click the ‘Get Form’ button to access the AR PALCO SDSB Biweekly Timesheet and open it in the online editor.
2. Begin by filling out the 'Employer' and 'Worker' sections. Clearly enter the names of the employer and worker in the designated spaces.
3. Provide the 'Case ID' and 'Service Period'. Enter the start and end dates for the biweekly service period in the appropriate format.
4. Commence logging your work hours for Week 1. For each day, indicate the time in and time out in the corresponding fields. Select AM or PM to ensure accuracy.
5. Record the total hours worked each day in the '# of hours' section. Make sure the calculations are accurate for the week.
6. Repeat the previous steps for Week 2, maintaining the same format for time entries and total calculations.
7. Once both weeks are completed, calculate the 'Biweekly Total Attendant Care Service Hours' by adding the total hours from both weeks.
8. Sign in the 'Worker Signature' field to certify that the hours you submitted are correct. The employer must also provide their signature in the designated area.
9. Check that all timestamps, calculations, and signatures are accurate. Make any necessary corrections, marking mistakes with a single line, initialing beside them.
10. Finalize by saving your completed timesheet. You may also download, print, or share the completed form as needed.
