5. Record attendance for each day of the month using the types provided in the Color Key (such as Present, Excused, Tardy, etc.). Attendance totals for each student will be automatically calculated in the corresponding column.
6. If you need to add new students to a monthly attendance record, utilize the table functionalities such as clicking below the last entry to automatically expand the table or inserting rows as needed.
7. To view a specific student's attendance record for the entire school year, go to the Student Attendance Report section and select the Student ID from the drop-down. You will be presented with their year-to-date attendance information.
8. Once all entries are complete, you can save changes, download, print, or share the filled-out form as needed.
