The highest possible rank in the Army is General of the Army, often referred to as a five-star general. However, this rank is rarely awarded and typically only during wartime. Most soldiers aim for ranks like Colonel or General, which come with significant responsibility and leadership opportunities. Progressing through ranks involves meeting the requirements established by the DA 3355 and consistently demonstrating your capabilities.
