Follow the steps to successfully complete your application.

1. Click ‘Get Form’ button to obtain the form and open it in the editor.
2. Select your preferred option for the registration: NEW, CANCEL, or AMEND by ticking the appropriate box. Ensure you have an SBS ATM card to register for these services.
3. In Section A, provide your Customer Details. Fill in your title (Mr., Mrs., Ms., or Miss), First Name(s), Surname, Email, Card Number, Address, and Cell Number. Use block capitals for clarity.
4. In Section B, indicate your Linked Mobile Registration/Number. Confirm your agreement by checking the box stating that the account(s) will be fully accessed through your registered mobile number. Enter your Mobile Number.
5. Move to Section C: Mobile Platform. Here, indicate the accounts to be linked by clicking 'Add' or 'Delete' as needed. Specify your Daily Transfer Limit in the allocated space.
6. In Section D: Internet Platform, enter the preferred username and email to be used on the Internet platform. Again, use 'Add' or 'Delete' as appropriate for any Linked Accounts.
7. For Section E: SMS Notification, state your mobile number to receive SMS Alerts. Remember that SMS Notifications registration is only processed through the Society’s branches and is available to Swazi MTN numbers only.
8. Section F requires your Declaration. Acknowledge that you have read and understood the Swaziland Building Society Electronic Banking Terms and Conditions by signing and dating the form.
9. Once all sections are completed, you can save changes, download the form, print it, or share it as needed.
