Multiply the number of pieces by the postage affixed amount, and write the total in the Postage Affixed line. Subtract this amount from the Total Postage and enter the remainder as the Net Postage.
- Read and sign the Certification section of the form, including your telephone number, to confirm that all information is accurate.
