- In Section 1, begin by entering your rank, family name, and given name(s). Ensure that your date of birth is accurately recorded, followed by your mobile phone number. Additionally, provide your unit or headquarters information, along with your home phone number and two email addresses, if applicable. It's important to include your home address, state or territory, and postcode. If your postal address differs from your home address, please fill in that information as well, including the relevant state or territory and postcode.
- Proceed to Section 2 if applicable. If you are under the age of 18, you will need a guardian to complete this section. This section should include a declaration confirming that the information provided is true and correct. It is important to include the full name of the person making the declaration, their relationship to the member, their email address, contact phone number, along with their signature and the date.
- In Section 3, which is for Army Cadet Unit or Headquarters action only, be sure to note that the updated details must be recorded in CAMNet and communicated to the relevant staff in the ACU or HQ. This section should include the name, rank, AAC unit or HQ of the administration officer, their signature, and the position, along with the date.
- After completing all sections, ensure that you review your information for accuracy. Once confirmed, you can save your changes, download the application, print it for your records, or share it as required.
