Yes, meal plan changes may be submitted during the first week of class each semester. During the one week change period, please visit your myASU Housing portal to submit your change request. Meals must be used in the week or semester (depending on the plan) they are issued in. Meals reset every Thursday.

How do I change this? This change can not be made by clearing out the application. Students will need to wait until the first 5 days of the fall term and go to the Union College Hospitality (Dining) Office to change their meal plan.

If selecting a meal plan after semester fees and meal plan assessment, it is considered a meal plan change and must be submitted by meal plan change request form online through olemissdining.com to be considered. Once fees are assessed, the first change is completed at no charge.

Changes can be made online, in person or over the phone: Residential Meal Plans: Visit the Housing website, call 208-885-6571, or drop by our Wallace office.

Meal plan changes may be requested in writing prior to the start of the fall semester. Requests must be received by the UHS office by July 29, 2022.

To change or cancel your meal plan, you must submit a Meal Plan Accommodation Request form via Housing U in CIS. Residents are able to change their meal plan only one time each semester.

Your meal plan may be changed during the following designated dates by visiting the SDSU Dining office located in the Education Building, room 112. There is a $10 change fee required at the time of the request, we accept cash, credit or debit. Office hours for meal plan changes are Monday - Friday 8am – 3pm.

How can I change my meal plan? You can change your meal plan once online or you can change it in person with the UB Card staff at 1Capen. All deadlines associated with meal plan changes can be found in the UB Card Accounts Agreement in the Forms and Documents section of this website.
