Most colleges allow you to order copies of transcripts online, by mail, or in person via the office of admissions or registrar's office. You'll complete a transcript request form, pay a small fee, and may have to provide proof of identification.

Requesting Transcripts through Naviance You must check the box to request a transcript through Naviance. Adding a school to “Colleges I'm Applying To” will not automatically request a transcript. Transcripts that need letters of recommendation will be sent in order of when they are requested.

In your Naviance account: Colleges --> Apply to College --> Manage Transcripts. Click the Pink Plus Sign (in the right corner) --> Other Transcript. “What type of transcript are you requesting” select the box for “Mid-year” (It will automatically select initial as well) "What is this transcript for” select “Other”

Log in to Naviance. Go to “Colleges” tab. Click on “Colleges I'm Applying To” ... Scroll back up to “college that I am attending.” Select the college you plan to attend and click “update.” Go to “transcripts” on the left side under. resources. Click on “request transcripts for college. applications”

2) Log into your Naviance account. 3) Click on Colleges I'm Applying To. 4) Then, click on the Request Transcripts button, which should be located in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

*Students can view their transcript status by logging onto NAVIANCE and going to Colleges > Transcripts (left bar) > View the status of all my transcript requests. You can also request transcripts by selecting “Request transcripts for my college applications” instead.
