- Review the fee schedule. Note that the fauna dealer licence fee is $2400 for trading reptiles, which covers registration for one premises. Additional premises incur extra fees.
- Complete the payment section by entering your credit card details. All fields must be completed, including credit card type, expiry date, number, CVV, and the name on the card. Provide your signature to authorize the transaction.
- In the declaration section, affirm that all information provided is true and correct and sign with the date. Make sure to review and comply with the requirements outlined by the Office of Environment and Heritage.
- After completing the form, review all sections for accuracy. Save your changes, then download, print, or share the completed form as needed.
