Effective January 1, 2022, regulations require all BBS supervisors to complete and submit a one-time Supervisor Self-Assessment Report to the BBS. Supervisors who began a new supervisory relationship starting January 1st, 2022 have 60 days to complete and submit a Supervisor Self-Assessment. Supervisors who are AAMFT approved do not need to complete the alternate supervisor application form as they are considered equivalent to RMFT-S. This is a one-time submission. Do NOT resubmit upon commencing supervision with a new supervisee. Version last updated August 2022.
