At Michigan State University, admissions decisions are continually released all year-long, also known as rolling admissions. This means that eight to twelve weeks after the admissions committee receives all of a student's application materials, the Office of Admissions will send a response to that applicant.

How do I pay for my application fee? Online – log in to your application and pay the fee with a credit card here. By Phone – call the Office of Admissions at 662-325-2224. By Mail – mail the application fee to the address below.

The $65 application fee (or application fee waiver, if you are eligible) is required to officially submit your application for admission.

With a GPA of 3.75, Michigan State requires you to be above average in your high school class. You'll need a mix of A's and B's, with a leaning toward A's. If you took some AP or IB classes, this will help boost your weighted GPA and show your ability to take college classes.

The Michigan State University/Sparrow Hospital Pediatric Residency provides comprehensive instruction in both academic and community settings.

A domestic applicant who is financially unable to submit the application processing fee may request an application fee waiver (note that international students are not eligible for these waivers and they are rarely granted for graduate school applicants).

A cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher with strong grade performance. 24 or more credits deemed transferable to MSU, earned after high school graduation. Applicants with less than 24 transferable credits are required to provide final high school transcripts.
