4. In section C, complete the income information for the dependent student. If the student filed a tax return, check the appropriate box and follow the instructions regarding the IRS Data Retrieval Tool or other income verification options.
5. If the student did not file a tax return, check the applicable box listing their employment status and provide detailed information about employers and income earned.
6. In section D, repeat the process for the dependent student's parent's income information. Provide the same details as in step 4 for the parent(s) assets, either using the IRS DRT or by providing a tax transcript.
7. Next, in section E, provide documentation of the dependent student's high school completion status. Include copies of diplomas, transcripts, or other required documents.
8. In section F, the student must verify their identity in person at Enterprise State Community College. Present a valid government-issued photo ID for verification.
9. If the student cannot appear in person, follow section G instructions to notarize the identity and educational purpose statement.
10. Finally, the student and one parent must sign the certification of the worksheet. Ensure all information is complete and correct before submission.
11. Once completed, save the changes made to the worksheet. You can then download, print, or email the form to the financial aid office at financialaid@escc.edu.
